Instructions for use of Equisalud Holofit Ayurveda Saffron 50 Capsules

Take 1 to two capsules a day at any time for four or five weeks.

Rest for two weeks before the next dose.

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Precautions with Equisalud Holofit Ayurveda Saffron 50 Capsules

A phytotherapy specialist should be consulted before handling this product if you are taking an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, or if you have a bleeding disorder or kidney disease.

Saffron should not be used for metrorrhagia, because it tends to cause bleeding at high doses.

High amounts irritate the uterine muscles and cause bleeding and contractions.

It can be effectively toxic, even fatal, at doses of 10 g of pistils per day.

You should never ingest more than 1500 mg of pistils per day.

It is better not to use during pregnancy, since there are no studies on its safety.

Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet.

Keep out of the reach of children.
