Instructions for use of Bach Original Bach Flowers 34 Violet Water 20 ml
Simple preparation: dilute two drops in a glass of water and take sips at intervals; or add two drops to a 30 ml dropper bottle with water and take four drops at least four times a day.
Compound preparation: add two drops of each flower (maximum seven flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take four drops at least four times a day.
