How to Use Specchiasol Serenote Melatonin 1.9 mg 50 ml

Hold it under the tongue for a few minutes before swallowing.
In the presence of jet lag (time zone imbalance), the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, before going to bed, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin during the first day of travel and continuing for a few days.
