Hawthorn (Crataegus oxycantha flowers) (guaranteed 0.8mg [1.8%]. Vitexin-2'rhamnoside) 50 mg. Valerian (root concentrate) (guaranteed 0.4mg [0.8%] valerenic acids) 50 mg. Hops (Humus lupulus) 30 mg. Other natural ingredients present: vegetable cellulose capsule and magnesium stearate.
