How to Use 5-HTP Complex 100 mg 60 Tablets
Take 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably before each meal.
Precautions with 5-HTP Complex 100 mg 60 Tablets
Do not use in the case of pregnancy and lactation.
Interactions can occur with antidepressants.
Alcohol, benzodiazepines (usually), and barbiturates can strengthen the sedative effect of valerian.
Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet.
