How to Use Bach 10 Crab Apple/Crab Apple 20 ml
They are taken orally, alone or in combination.
Take 2 drops directly from the dropper in your mouth, every 4 hours throughout the day; or add 2 drops to a glass of water and drink 4 times a day.
Compound preparations: Add 2 drops of each flower (max. 7 flowers) in a 30 ml bottle and take 4 drops every 4 hours throughout the day.
