How to Use NHCO Nutrition AminoPause 2x56 Capsules
It is recommended to take 2 hard capsules in the morning and 2 soft capsules at night during the first month.
Continue the following weeks of the month with 1 hard capsule in the morning and 1 soft capsule at night.
After symptoms improve, repeat if deemed necessary.
Preferably, take during a meal.
