Instructions for use of Health Aid Cod Liver Oil 1000 mg 60 Capsules

Take 1 capsule a day as a food supplement for adults and children over 6 years of age.

If required, in adults the intake can be increased up to 2 capsules per day.

• Cod liver oil (prepared: cod liver oil, vitamin A, vitamin D3) 1,000 mg
• Fish oil (prepared: fish oil, tocopherol mixture) 115 mg, which provides: Omega-3 fatty acids 273 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 113 mg, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 99 mg
• Vitamin A (5,007 IU) (preparation: vitamin A palmitate, dl-alpha tocopherol) 1,502 µg
• Vitamin D (400 IU) (preparation: cholecalciferol, medium chain triglycerides, DL-alpha tocopherol) 10 µg
• Vitamin E (10 IU) (preparation: D-alpha tocopherol, sunflower oil) 6.7 mg
• Other ingredients: capsule [gelling agent (gelatin), humectant (glycerin)]
