Algamar Seaweed for Salad 100 g

Contains the following Atlantic algae:
- Wakame: it looks like a giant oak leaf, it comes from the coasts of Galicia, rich in calcium, iodine, proteins and fiber, and is one of the most appropriate to consume raw in salads.
- Nori: it is small in size and has many folds. In Galicia it is found wild at low tide and is subsequently ground into flakes. It has an intense flavor, and can be used raw or lightly toasted and then crumbled over the dish. Highlights in proteins, vitamin A and vitamin B12.
- Ulva: known thanks to its richness in vitamin C. It also stands out for its proteins, and an exceptional reddish potassium content, giving salads showiness and color, and a delicate flavor and aroma.

Instructions for use of Algamar Seaweed for Salad 100 g
It is recommended, for two people, to immerse 10 grams of seaweed in a deep plate for 15 minutes, with water and the juice of half a lemon.
Clean if there are remains of shells.
Prepare the salad and finally add the seaweed, seasoning with plenty of oil or dressing to taste.
