How to Use Silicium Spain G5 Siliplant 1 L

• Intensive intake: 60 to 90 ml per day, with the dosing cap in 2 or 3 doses of 30 ml over a period of 1 to 6 months or more if necessary, and with external applications on places that require attention , at least 3 times a day.
• Maintenance intake: 30 ml per day with the dosing cap, in 2 doses without limit in time, and with external applications 1 to 3 times a day.
