Food supplement that provides calcium and magnesium, along with boron and vitamins D and K, in a formula designed to help bone health.
It is a good support for most diets, those that include few dairy products, for women during menopause, etc.
Contains essential nutrients for bone formation, thanks to calcium and magnesium, along with boron.
Vitamins D and K are involved in the maintenance of normal bones; and vitamin K in particular contributes to normal blood clotting.
Vitamin D is essential for a healthy immune system and important for the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
Magnesium is involved in calcium fixation in the bones. It also contributes to psychological function, protein synthesis, the nervous system, and contributes to electrolyte balance. It reduces tiredness and fatigue.
Calcium, for its part, helps normal blood coagulation, and the normal functioning of neurotransmission and digestive enzymes.
Both calcium and magnesium contribute to energy metabolism, the normal process of cell division and differentiation, and the normal functioning of teeth and muscles.
Instructions for use of Lamberts Osteoguard (Calcium + Magnesium + Boron) 90 tablets
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily, with a meal.

- Calcium (as Carbonate)...........500 mg
- Magnesium (as Oxide)................188 mg
- Vitamin D................................5 µg (200 IU)
- Vitamin K................................38 µg
- Boron (as Sodium Borate)......1.5 mg
- Bulking agent (calcium carbonate, cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colorant: titanium dioxide, glycerin), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate)
