The ideal is 1 capsule per day.

However, you may take up to 3 capsules a day 8 hours apart if you so desire.

Recommendation:

The only situation in which it is necessary to take it without food is if you are taking it in order to increase the absorption of the drug Levothyroxine because you have hypothyroidism.

In that case, it is recommended that you take levothyroxine + C-500 + water and wait 30-45 minutes to ingest any food, supplement or medication.

This will help you optimize the absorption of levothyroxine thanks to the acidic environment that C-500 creates.
