Adults and children over twelve years of age: take 15 ml a day, preferably before breakfast.
It can be diluted in water or fruit juice.

In the case of pregnancy or lactation, use only after medical advice.
Do not take in the case of gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer: silicon salts can irritate the gastric mucosa.
