Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Bamboo Extract (Bambusa arundinacea), Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Coating Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Zinc Citrate, Sodium Borate, Citrate of Manganese, Copper Citrate, Vitamin K1 (Phytomenadione), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone) and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol).

- Calcium: 500 mg
- Magnesium: 150 mg
- Copper: 0.5 mg
- Bamboo extract: 67 mg providing silicon: 50 mg
- Manganese: 2 mg
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol): 10 mcg
- Zinc: 5 mg
- Boron: 1.5 mg
