How to Use Naturmil Calcium + Magnesium + Zinc + Vitamin D 90 Tablets
Take 1 tablet three times a day, before main meals.
Precautions with Naturmil Calcium + Magnesium + Zinc + Vitamin D 90 Tablets
In the case of pregnancy or lactation, use only after medical advice.
In some individuals it can cause flatulence or temporary gastric acidity.
It is not recommended in individuals with hypercalcemia or autoimmune disease (sarcoidosis).
Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or kidney deficiencies should only consume calcium and fat-soluble vitamin D type supplements after consulting their doctor.
It should not be consumed with quinolones and tetracyclines (antibiotics).
It should not be used with oral anticoagulants.
It can reduce the absorption of copper by the body part.
Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet.
