Tiobec® Complex is a food supplement based on α-Lipoic Acid , with fast-slow sustained release technology, Acetyl L-carnitine, Resveratrol and Vitamin D, indicated in those situations in which it is necessary to complement the normal diet.

Ingredients of TIOBEC Complex 30 tablets:

• α-Lipoic acid : known for its antioxidant properties and as a coenzyme in metabolism.
• Vitamin D: contributes to the normal functioning of muscles.
• Resveratrol: polyphenol extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum, a plant with antioxidant properties.
• Acetyl L-carnitine : a nutrient involved in numerous metabolic processes.

For every 2 tablets (daily dose): Alpha-lipoic acid (600 mg), Acetyl L-carnitine (1000 mg), Polygonum cuspidatum extract (56 mg), Resveratrol (50 mg) and Vitamin D (20 µg; 800 IU ).

Instructions for use TIOBEC Complex 30 tablets:

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before food or 3 hours after), in the morning or evening.

To obtain the maximum time-release effect, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening, about 10 hours apart.

Warnings:

Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.

Store in a cool, dry place, below 25ºC, protected from sunlight. Keep out of the reach of little kids. If you are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs, consult your doctor before taking the product.

In rare cases, α-Lipoic acid can cause hypoglycemia.

Tiobec® can be used during and after therapy with analgesic and/or anti-inflammatory drugs.
