How to use

After brushing teeth :

1. Clean the central part of the tongue first , using the side of the cleaner that has a protrusion. Hold the tongue cleaner by the handle so that the protrusion is at the bottom. Stick out your tongue and introduce the tongue cleaner into your mouth , trying to reach the farthest part of your tongue.
2. Drag the cleaner down the center of your tongue toward the front of your mouth. Rinse the cleaner with water .
3. Clean the sides of your tongue using the smooth side of the cleaner. Rinse the cleaner after each pass.
