How to Choose the APIVITA Dye Shade?

If you have more than 50% gray hair or localized gray hair , combine the shade you choose with the corresponding shade from the range of natural colors to achieve perfect coverage . For example, if you choose 7.35 , mix half of it and the other half with 7.0.

Tips for selecting the shade of APIVITA Dye

• If you have natural, uncolored hair , you can lighten it up to 2-3 shades compared to the natural tone of the roots and you can darken it by selecting the shade you prefer.
• If you already have colored hair , select the same shade or darker .
• If you have gray hair in more than 50% or hair that is especially difficult to cover, mix the tone of your choice with the corresponding tone from the Natural color range (X.0).
  For example, if you choose tone 7.44, mix half a tube of that tone with half a tube of tone 7.0. For the ends of the hair, use shade 7.44 without mixing.
• If you have highlights and want to darken them, choose a warm or neutral tone to avoid the undesirable green tone.
• If you have very light or bleached hair (level 9 or 10) or bleached highlights, avoid cool tones.

• Avocado Oil (nutrition and repair) : Avocado oil is obtained from the fleshy pulp of the avocado fruit (Persea Americana). Avocado oil is beneficial for hair due to its content of monounsaturated fats, copper proteins, folic acid, magnesium and minerals that strengthen the basic components of hair . It also contains vitamin E and B complex.
• Argan Oil (nutrition and repair) : Argan oil contains an impressive amount of vitamins and nutrients . Restores moisture and restores shine to dry or damaged hair . Protects hair from the damaging effects of the sun and environmental pollution. Moisturizes, restructures and protects hair from chlorine in swimming pools , protects from chemical coloring and styling products such as hairspray or gel.

How does APIVITA My Color Elixir Tint Work?

Ensures maximum color intensity and a long-lasting result in just 2 steps:

• STEP 1 : Get full gray coverage and shine using the hair coloring cream with 3 precious argan, avocado and olive oils that act in combination to stabilize the color and repair the hair structure while colors it.
• STEP 2 : Increase intensity and shine with the post-color conditioner with hyaluronic acid and honey extract that hydrates the hair , creating a protective film that seals the color in the hair fiber and improves shine in colored hair .

How is APIVITA My Color Elixir Tint Applied?

1. Protect clothing by covering shoulders with a towel. Remove all types of jewelry and use the gloves that you will find in the case throughout the application process. Apply a small amount of natural oil to the forehead to avoid coloring the skin.
2. Mix the entire contents of the coloring tube into the bottle of color developing emulsion . Mixing ratio 1:1.5.
3. Put the cap back on the bottle and shake until completely mixed . Cut the tip of the applicator at the end of the cap and begin application IMMEDIATELY on DRY hair.
4. Section by section, apply the color mixture to the roots using the tip of the applicator bottle to separate the strands. Lightly massage each section and continue distributing the rest of the product evenly throughout the hair.
   Let it act for 30 minutes . The mixture does not drip . In case of gray hair that is difficult to color, it is recommended to leave the product on for 10 more minutes (total application time on the roots: 40 minutes).
5. Once the time has passed, gently massage the scalp without adding water, paying special attention to the contour and hairline to eliminate any stains. Next, add a small amount of warm water and continue massaging so that the mixture foams.
6. Rinse until the water runs clear. Finally, wash your hair with APIVITA's color protection shampoo with sunflower and honey .
7. Apply the first sachet of post-coloring hair conditioner from roots to ends. Massage the hair gently so that the ingredients penetrate and seal the color. Leave the conditioner on for 3 minutes and rinse.
8. Apply the second sachet of conditioner 15 days later to enhance shine.
