During pregnancy, your baby's healthy development¹ requires different nutrients, including folic acid.

Each Femibion product contains nutrients specially selected for each stage of motherhood: from pregnancy planning to breastfeeding.

Femibion 0 with Folic Acid Plus² is specially developed to support you, even before you become pregnant, in increasing the essential levels of folate in your body, necessary for the healthy development of your baby.

It also contains Zinc, Selenium, and more selected nutrients to support you and your baby's healthy development, even before you become pregnant1.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction⁶, and Selenium promotes cellular protection⁷

¹Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. Therefore, it is recommended that women take 400 mcg of supplemental folic acid daily for at least one month before conception and up to three months afterward. There are many risk factors for the development of neural tube defects. Altering a single factor may or may not have a beneficial effect.

How to Use FEMIBION 0 Pregnancy Planning 28 Tablets

1 tablet a day, during a meal, with sufficient liquid.

The days of the week are indicated on the label to help you keep track of your daily dose.

The package contains tablets for 4 weeks (28 tablets).

Femibion® 0 supplementation can be started on any day of your menstrual cycle.

It is advisable to begin dietary supplementation with folic acid at least one month before conception.

Precautions with FEMIBION 0 Pregnancy Planning 28 Tablets

Femibion food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 tablet in Femibion 0).

Keep out of reach of small children. Do not consume by children.
