Instructions for use of Nutilab Bisglimax B6 90 Capsules
Take 1 to 5 capsules a day, in two or three doses, with half a glass of water (125 ml).

Ingredients:
Magnesium bisglycinate, coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), sodium borate, L-selenomethionine, cholecalciferol and pyridoxine hydrochloride.

- Magnesium bisglycinate (11.7% Mg): 641 mg, providing magnesium: 75 mg
- Vitamin B6: 0.28 mg
- Vitamin D3: 1 µg
- Selenium: 11 µg
- Boron: 0.36 mg
