Adults and young people over 12 years of age: take 3 tablets a day with main meals.

- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 2.3 mg
- Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 4.5 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): 3 mg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): 9 µg
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 75 mg
- Choline: 1.2 mg
- Inositol: 3 mg
- PABA: 15 mg
- Vitamin C: 25 mg
- Ferrous iron gluconate): 17 mg
- L-Lysine: 30 mg
- Other ingredients: bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), coating agent [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)], anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), glazing agent (pharmaceutical glaze), biotin, nicotinamide.
