What is VisuXL Single-Dose Eye Drops?

VisuXL is a preservative-free eye drop , indicated for the treatment of dry eye syndrome .

VisuXL Eye Drops is a preservative-free lubricant and antioxidant ophthalmic solution based on Coenzyme 10, Vitamin E TPGS and sodium salt of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid. Provides better viscoelastic, mucomimetic and moisturizing properties .

The combination of cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid and Antioxidant/Anti-radical substances allows a more effective treatment in cases of:

• Eye dryness .
• Alterations in the continuity of the corneal and conjunctival surface after refractive surgery , foreign body trauma and surgical interventions.
• Alterations of the ocular surface related to metabolic disorders (diabetes).
• Environmental stress (pollution, chlorinated water, altered microclimates, smoke, air conditioning)
• Intense and prolonged exposure to ultraviolet and ionizing radiation.
• Extended use of computers , monitors or television.

What does VisuXL Single-Dose Eye Drops contain?

Cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) that provides long-lasting relief : HA is the ingredient responsible for hydrating and lubricating the surface of the eyes . Unlike other eye drops that contain HA, the one used by VisuXL® is cross-linked, not linear. Cross-linked HA creates a stable liquid film on the entire surface of the eye that relieves symptoms, providing long-lasting relief from dry eye syndrome and after eye surgery.

Coenzyme Q10 promotes the recovery of the cornea : CoQ10 is known for its bioenergetic and antioxidant properties that promote the recovery of injuries to the ocular surface and the recovery of the cornea . Since cross-linked hyaluronic acid is responsible for retaining it on the surface of the eye, CoQ10 promotes the recovery of corneal damage in dry eye syndrome and after eye surgery.

How to use VisuXL Single-Dose Eye Drops?

1. Instill 1-2 drops of VisuXL into the conjunctival sac of each eye.
2. Use 2 times a day or as recommended by your eye doctor.
