How to Use Niacinamide & Green Tea Eye Serum Ssu-Dam 15ml
Apply a small drop to the area under the eyes and gently spread a thin layer using your ring finger.
Once completely absorbed, continue with the following routine steps.
Ideal to be used in the night routine as it contains Retinol.
If you use it during the day, be sure to apply adequate sun protection.
