It gives you energy when you feel tired or exhausted .

Thanks to its technology, each tablet releases the ingredients in two phases:

1. Rapid release of a high content of B vitamins, which work in synergy with your body, contributing to normal energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and biotin). In addition, they are combined with an extract of Theobroma cacao.

2. For a prolonged period, it releases an extract of Rhodiola rosea, with tonic properties to help reduce physical and mental fatigue, and adaptogenic properties, to help the body adapt to emotional stress and physical effort, acting as an adaptogen.

Any possible colour variation in the tablets is due to the presence of naturally occurring botanical extracts and does not affect the quality of the product.

How to Use Multicentrum Double Energy 20 Double-Layer Tablets

Take 1 tablet a day, to be swallowed with water, preferably in the morning and with food.
