Fructose, freeze-dried royal jelly with a minimum content of 6% in 10 HDA (equivalent to 500mg of fresh royal jelly), propolis (50mg), taurine (14mg), vitamin C (10mg), vitamin B3 or nicotinamide (4mg), vitamin E (1.5mg), vitamin B6 (0.3mg), vitamin B2 (0.3mg), vitamin B1 (0.2mg), vitamin A (0.15mg), vitamin D (0.0015mcg), vitamin B12 (0.0003mcg), natural orange flavouring and colouring, and potassium sorbate.
