Instructions for use of Equisalud Bio Essential Oils Basil Essential Oil 10 ml
External use: mix three drops of Bio Essential Oil Albaca with five drops of vegetable oil and apply several times a day on the belly to assist with digestive discomfort and painful periods.
Internal use: take two drops (up to three drops) mixed with a teaspoon of honey, molasses, brown sugar or olive oil, three times a day. With a dropper.
