Directions for use of Biogra Organic Spelled Grain 500 g

Soak the desired amount of cereal eight (8) hours before cooking. Then boil water and add a little salt. Pour the cereal into the hot water and let it cook for 50 or 60 minutes. After cooking, eat directly or mixed with milk, fruit juice, yogurt or chocolate.
