How to Use Marnys Arvensis Peppermint Essential Oil 15 ml
Always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, etc.). Maximum 3 times a day.
Also topical/external and diffusion use.
Precautions with Marnys Arvensis Peppermint Essential Oil 15 ml
Do not apply during the first 3 months of pregnancy, nor in children under 6 years of age.
