It compensates for the deficiency of the lactase enzyme suffered by people with lactose intolerance. This enzyme helps to completely break down and digest the lactose contained in food, preventing the appearance of side effects typical of intolerance; such as diarrhea, flatulence or abdominal pain.

Nutira Chewable contains 4500 FCC of lactase in chewable tablet format and is intended for people with lactose intolerance with mild or moderate symptoms. You can take up to 4 Nutira Chewable tablets at a time.

They do not contain gluten or added sugars in their composition.

Posology

A chewable tablet can be swallowed just before consuming any dairy product or food that contains or may contain lactose in its composition. The dose of both products may require an individualized adjustment based on individual needs and the consumption of products containing lactose, so the amount of lactase ingested per day will depend exclusively on the number of times products containing lactose are ingested and of the person's degree of intolerance.
