Instructions for use of Lamberts Biome Balance 25 60 Capsules
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the stomach pH is at its highest (i.e. not as acidic).
Do not take the capsules with hot drinks, heat kills bacteria.
Stable at room temperature, although it is always advisable to store in the refrigerator.
