Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum) 50 mg. Bitter melon (Mormodica charantia) 50 mg. Blueberries (Vaccinum myrtillus) 50 mg. Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 25 mg. Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) 25 mg. Zinc (zinc citrate) 7.5 mg. N-Acetyl –L-carnitine 5 mg. Vitamin B6 2 mg. Chromium Picolinate 25 mcg. Other ingredients: Bulking agent: cellulose. Anti-caking agent: stearic acid and silica, magnesium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate and maltodextrin.
