Because our Barimix contain water- and fat-soluble vitamins, it is generally recommended to consume them with a meal. This can improve the absorption of certain nutrients while reducing the risk of gastrointestinal upset, which can otherwise occur when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach. It is not recommended to take it with food supplements and foods rich in calcium.
