Hepatoprotective food supplement.

Helps the correct development of the gallbladder.

The active ingredients of this product are based on the synergy of its components, gathered in capsules to ensure the protection of the liver and the stimulation of enzymatic activity in its metabolism.

It also regenerates liver cells in case of damage.

In addition, it helps stimulate the secretion of bile and combats its retention in the gallbladder.

Instructions for use of Dietmed Cynafort 60 Tablets

Take one tablet twice a day, preferably before meals.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Precautions with Dietmed Cynafort 60 Tablets

Due to the presence of rosemary, it should not be used throughout pregnancy.

In the case of breastfeeding, it can only be used after asking a doctor.

It is not advised in case of obstruction of the bile ducts.

Milk thistle is not recommended for individuals with hypersensitivity to Asteraceae species.

Interactions may occur with antiplatelet treatment.

Due to the presence of milk thistle, when administered together with yohimbine or phentolamine it has an antagonistic effect.

It is not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age.

Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet.

Phyllantus 150 mg, Brassicare™ (Broccoli, containing at least 1.6% glucorophanin) 100 mg, Milk Thistle Siliphos™ (30% silybin) 80 mg, Rosemary (20% rosmarinic acid) 12.5 mg, Choline 41 .25 mg, Vitamin B2 0.7 mg (50% RDA*), Vitamin B12 1.25 µg (50% RDA*), Vitamin C 40 mg (50% RDA*), Vitamin E 6 mg α-TE(50 % RDA*), Zinc 10 mg (100% RDA*).
