How to Use Buona Difesa 10mlx14 Vials
1 vial per day. It is recommended to use Buona Difesa vials in cycles lasting 14 days, repeating them at least 2-3 times during the winter season with breaks of 10 days between each cycle.
Take preferably in the mornings.
