How to Use Pranarom Organic Black Cumin Vegetable Oil 1000 ml
Dandruff: 1 or 2 times a week, massage the head with between 1 and 3 tablespoons. Heat the oil with your hands and massage the hair. Wrap in a warm towel for 1 hour to overnight. Rinse with a mild shampoo without sulfates, silicones or ethoxylated substances.
Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
