Food supplement indicated to compensate for dietary insufficiency of Vitamin C.

Vitamin C is important because:

This product contains a relevant level of bioflavonoids, known because they facilitate the absorption of vitamin C and have specific effects on strengthening capillaries.

These bioflavonoids include rutin, quercetin, citrin, and hesperidin.

For optimal results, vitamin C should be taken in small amounts throughout the day and night, because the body eliminates it quickly.

How to Use Lamberts Vitamin C Time 500 mg Sustained Release 250 Tablets

Take 1 to 2 tablets, 3 times a day with a meal.

More than 1000 mg of Vitamin C can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive people.
