L-glycine, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), L-arginine hydrochloride, L-lysine hydrochloride, magnesium bisglycinate, calcium L-ascorbate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), magnesium oxide, dry bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea, 70% silicon), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate) and ferric pyrophosphate.
For 6 tablets:
- L-glycine: 2500 mg
- L-arginine hydrochloride: 1750 mg
- L-lysine hydrochloride: 1250 mg
- Vitamin C: 72 mg
- Magnesium: 37.5 mg
- Bamboo dry extract (Bambusa arundinacea): 30 mg, of which Silicon: 21 mg
- Iron: 1.08 mg
