- Choline (chloride): 100 mg
- Inositol: 100 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): 10 mg
- Zinc (oxide): 8 mg
- Folic acid: 400 µg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): 50 µg
- Other ingredient: bulking agents (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier/disintegrant (croscarmellose sodium), anti-caking agents (vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), silicon dioxide, glazing agent [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)], anti-caking agent ( magnesium silicate)
