Betaine, natural lemon-lime flavor, inositol, choline (bitartrate) acidity regulator (malic acid), zinc bisglycinate, sweetener (steviol glycosides from Stevia rebaudiana), methylcobalamin (vit. B12), calcium L-methylfolate ( folate), pyridoxal 5´ phosphate (vit. B6).

- Zinc (from zinc bisglycinate): 7.5 mg
