- Magnesium (oxide): 200 m
- Powdered standardized extract of Mormodica charantia (fruit): 100 mg (7% bitter principles)
- Alpha-lipoic acid: 30 mg
- Powdered extract of fenugreek (seed): 30 mg
- Powdered green tea extract (leaf): 30 mg (50% polyphenols)
- Zinc (citrate): 5 mg
- Niacin (vitamin B3, nicotinamide): 10 mg
- NE Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride): 5 mg
- Chromium (picolinate): 200 µg
- Diluents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, magnesium carbonate
- Anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate
