• St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum): 7 mg is tit. hypericin 0.3%: 21 mg is tit. iperforine at 1.5%: 105 mg
• Altamisa (Tanacetum partenium) is tit. 0.5% parthenoids
• Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) is tit. 30% 5-HTP
• Yarrow (Achillea millefolium)(1:3) is Metolose®, magnesium oxide St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is tit. 0.3% in hypericin
• Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate
