It is found naturally in some plants, such as the Japanese acacia, and also in some fruits, especially citrus fruits.

Solgar® Rutin provides 500 mg of this bioflavonoid per tablet.

How to Use Solgar Routine 500 Mg 100 Comp

• For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with meals.
• Swallow the tablets with water or another drink.
• The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
