How to Use Prona Pronagar (Agar Powder) 5 Sachets
Dissolve 1 gram (1 teaspoon of coffee or mocha) in ¼ liter of any liquid (water, vegetable broth, milk, fruit juice...) and let it boil for 1 minute, stirring until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a mold or add to the recipe and let it cool so that it gels.
