Not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, patients with liver disease or severe nephritic insufficiency.

- Monacolin K: 10 mg
- Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone): 30 mg
- Brown rice extract: 22 mg, of which 20 mg are policosanols
- Stabilizers: calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin and croscarmellose sodium
- Emulsifier: mono-di- and triglycerides behenate
- Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide
