Cereal flours 78% (hydrolyzed wheat, wheat, whole wheat, rice, corn, rye, whole oats, buckwheat, spelt, barley), whole oat flakes 6%, fruit flakes 5% (pear, apple, plum) , honey 5%, fructooligosaccharides 3%, inulin 2%, minerals (calcium, iron, zinc), vitamins (C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6, A, folic acid, biotin, D), aroma of dried fruits.

Instructions for use of BLEVIT Super Fiber Multigrain Muesli 500g:

Preparation is instant. It does not need to be cooked, just dissolve it in the chosen liquid to obtain a porridge with a soft, homogeneous texture and pleasant flavor.

- To eat with a spoon: pour 200 ml of the hot milk that the baby usually drinks into a bowl/plate. Add 40 g of porridge (8 level tablespoons) and stir until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

- To take in a bottle: add 1 or 2 level tablespoons to the bottle with hot milk. Shake until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
