How to use GingiLacer Dental Gum Tape?

1. Cut approximately 45 cm of dental tape, wrap the tape around the middle finger of each hand, leaving 10 cm of tape between them.
2. Tighten the tape and gently insert it between the teeth, sliding it with an inside-out movement, applying pressure on each tooth.
3. Repeat the same operation with the remaining teeth, always using a clean piece of dental tape.
