How to Use Gum Easy Dental Floss 30m
Cut approximately 18 inches of thread and wrap the ends around the middle finger of each hand.
Pinch the thread between your thumbs and index fingers, leaving 2 or 3 centimeters of length between each finger.
Keep the floss stretched and guide it between your teeth using a "zig-zag" motion.
Carefully insert the floss between your teeth.
Slide the floss from top to bottom over the surface of the tooth and also under the gum line.
Clean each tooth thoroughly with a clean section of floss.
