How to Use Gum Expanding Dental Floss 30m

Cut about 45 cm of silk and stretch it between your thumbs.

Keep the floss stretched and insert it between the teeth using a gentle zig-zag motion.

Clean each tooth, removing plaque and food debris, starting at the gum and gently sliding between the teeth.
