Shake well to mix its natural ingredients.
Apply generously before sun exposure.
Put several pumps into the palm of your hand and spread the sunscreen evenly over both hands.
Then spread it over your skin with a pleasant massage.
Reapply frequently, at least every 2 hours (especially after bathing, sweating or towel drying).
