How to Use Alma Secret Organic Ravintsara Essential Oil 10 ml
Topical use: diluted in vegetable oil, apply to the areas to be treated. It is a very potent oil, so on delicate skin, it is recommended to test it on the back of the elbow or wrist to check tolerance. Also use it to enrich your creams, gel or shampoo.
Inhalation: Inhale directly from the bottle or add 2-3 drops to a tissue and inhale for a few minutes for a quick relief or to help reduce a headache.
Diffusion: add 5-6 drops to an essential oil diffuser. You can also add them to a spray bottle with water, shake and spray your room.
